Introductions

This is my first blog, so if it seems corny at first, sorry. I had the chance recently to travel around the world and had the opportunity to expand by culinary experiences on a global scale.

To me cooking is an art and in my next posts I hope to be able to share that feeling. As I cook now that I am back home, cooking is a really great way to recreate those fantastic memories and as my family escapes with me as we delve into one of my creations I just have to be thankful for everything I've experienced in my travels.
